水晶的保養

時尚首飾及手錶

施華洛世奇的所有時尚首飾皆以傳統工藝精心打造,因此須要小心處理。產品的金屬部份經過電鍍加工,而每顆水晶亦以獨立方式鑲嵌,故須要小心保養。

時尚首飾及手錶
請遵循以下建議:
將首飾存放在原來的包裝或軟袋內,以免刮花。
經常以軟布擦拭首飾,以保持原有光澤。
在洗手、游泳和∕或塗抹護理用品(如香水、噴髮劑、肥皂或乳液)前除下首飾,以免金屬鍍層受損或縮短其使用壽命、產品變色及水晶失去光澤。
先穿衣後佩戴首飾,並在更衣前先除下首飾。
應避免與水接觸。
避免水晶因碰撞而導致碎裂或被硬物刮花。
有關手錶的保養方法,請參閱隨產品提供的使用說明書 使用說明書。
 
手袋及配飾
皮革是天然物料,會隨著時間產生變化。為保持原有面貌,施華洛世奇建議您細心打理皮革製品,並避免讓產品直接接觸油脂、水、香水和∕或化妝品,以免留下污漬。
避免皮革和布藝配飾負重過大,以免變形。
塑像及裝飾品
使用無絨軟布仔細擦拭產品,或用溫水以手清洗產品。切勿將水晶產品沉泡於水中。
使用無絨軟布擦乾產品,以保持光澤。
避免產品與粗糙或研磨性物料和玻璃∕窗戶清潔劑接觸。
處理水晶時,建議佩戴棉手套,以免留下指紋。

我們建議您 定期清潔施華洛世奇首飾,以確保其狀態良好,保持 亮麗。
將首飾放入加了幾滴洗潔精或溫和梘液的溫水內 ;
用手指輕輕擦拭飾鏈,然後用小巧的軟毛刷清潔鏈 墜 ; 務必使用刷毛柔軟的刷子,以免刮花首飾,或令 脆弱部件變形 ;
清潔首飾後,用乾淨的溫水洗去剩餘的梘液 ;
將首飾放在布上風乾 ; 請勿使用毛巾,因毛絮可能會 卡在鏈墜內,影響正常使用。

SWAROVSKI WARRANTY POLICY

對每件從施華洛世奇水晶軒購買的產品而言,施華洛世奇將就工藝或材料上的任何瑕疵提供正常使用狀況下的有限度國際性保證。本保證從購買當天起一年內有效。在保證期內,每件經施華洛世奇技術人員鑒定為有瑕疵的產品,均會由施華洛世奇自行決定作出維修,視維修的可行性和配件的供應而定,或作出更換、或以產品作為替代。在産品替代的情況下,本公司並不保證顧客會收到同樣設計的產品,但保證産品的價值相當。 

如果産品的任何瑕疵,經施華洛世奇判斷是因濫用、不正確使用、産品改動、發生意外、顧客疏忽或擅自修理而致,該等瑕疵一律不在本保證範圍內。 

上述的保證和維修替換服務是施華洛世奇向顧客所負的全部及所有責任。但是,最終消費者根據本國適用的消費者權益保護法律所享有的必要權利並不受本保證的影響。由本公司之產品引致的任何其他傷害,本公司概不負責。 

如需施華洛世奇品質服務,請將損壞產品放入原裝包裝送交施華洛世奇水晶軒。

FOR CUSTOMERS IN THE USA
1. What does the warranty cover?
Swarovski warrants that Swarovski branded products purchased from an authorized Swarovski retailer, including online at www.swarovski.com, are of merchantable quality and free from material or workmanship defects, provided they are subject to normal use. Swarovski will repair or may replace, in accordance with the provisions of this warranty policy, any Swarovski branded product during the duration of the warranty, explained in Question 4 below, if it is determined that the product has a material or manufacturer defect.

2. What is not covered under the warranty?
This warranty does not cover damage to Swarovski branded products caused by accident, misuse and abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence after purchase, ordinary wear and tear, and/or failure to follow the product’s Care Advice. Care Advice can be found in the Customer Service section at www.swarovski.com.

3. To whom does the warranty extend?
This warranty extends to the original purchaser of the Swarovski branded product and to subsequent owners of the product during the duration of the warranty. The purchase or delivery receipt, gift receipt, certificate of authenticity from Swarovski or an authorized Swarovski retailer serve as proof of purchase of the product
INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE
Due to various reasons (including, without limitation, different jewelry collections in USA, Asia, Europe and for our Travel Retail business, different taxes, different price structure, local legal requirements, logistic reasons) Swarovski does not have an international exchange or refund policy. As a result, we are thus unable to exchange, substitute or refund products purchased abroad. Polish your product carefully with a soft, lint free cloth or clean it by hand with lukewarm water. Do not soak your crystal products in water.Dry with a soft, lint free cloth to maximize brilliance.
Avoid contact with harsh, abrasive materials and glass/window cleaners.
When handling your crystal, it is advisable to wear cotton gloves to avoid leaving fingerprints.
維修服務
FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF THE USA

所有從施華洛世奇水晶軒購買的產品,倘若出現保證範圍外的損毀,施華洛世奇可向顧客提出維修服務。 

施華洛世奇因應顧客需要提供維修服務,此維修服務需要收費,收費多少視乎產品損毀程度及其他個別因素而定。 

請注意只有當產品可以按以下指引維修時,施華洛世奇才會考慮提供維修服務,因此:
該產品為印有施華洛世奇天鵝標誌的原裝施華洛世奇產品
如可以維修︰產品必須能夠以原來狀態帶回店舖
尚有配件供應(停產產品一般沒有配件供應)
如需要施華洛世奇的維修服務,請將損毀的產品連同原裝包裝送交就近的施華洛世奇水晶軒,以檢查產品是否可作維修。 

該損毀産品將按照協議被送至施華洛世奇維修中心進行維修。如需更多幫助,請與閣下的施華洛世奇當地客戶服務部聯絡。

FOR CUSTOMERS IN THE USA
Swarovski offers a limited warranty for all our Swarovski branded products purchased from authorized Swarovski retailers, including online at www.swarovski.com.

The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects for Swarovski in the US and the Swarovski Online Shop in the US for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase for Jewelry and Accessories and two (2) years for all other products. For Jewelry and Accessory items purchased prior to September 30, 2015 the previous 2 year warranty will be honored with original receipt. Swarovski will not repair or replace any goods that have been, in the company's opinion, subject to an accident, normal wear and tear, abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence, or misuse. For more information about our Limited Warranty, please read the Warranty section to see if you are eligible.
If a piece is not covered by the terms of the Swarovski warranty policy, the company offers a repair service subject to a fee. Please note that if you are a U.S. resident with a U.S. mailing address, this repair service is also available to you for Swarovski branded products that are purchased abroad.
A damaged piece can only be repaired if all of the conditions mentioned above are met.
You may initiate repair services by: (a) Visiting an authorized Swarovski retailer. Bring your damaged product in its original packaging, along with a copy of the receipt, to your nearest authorized Swarovski retailer. The retailer will complete the Repair Authorization Form and ship the product to Swarovski’s repair department. You may be responsible for any shipping costs associated with shipping from the retail location.
Should you require further assistance or encounter any difficulties with initiating the repair service, please contact Swarovski’s customer relations department at 1-800-426-3088 or via e-mail at customer_relations.us@swarovski.com.
RETURN POLICY FOR RETAIL BOUTIQUES IN THE USA
If you are not completely satisfied with a Swarovski purchase or gift for any reason, simply return it in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Active Crystals® returns will only be accepted if the product is defective. Watch returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the watch has not been worn or altered. Alterations to the watch strap make the sale final.
