How does Click & Collect work?
When can I collect my order?
Please wait for the “Ready for Pick-Up” email before going to the store.
This confirmation ensures your order is ready for collection.
Collection timing depends on item availability:
Pick up today: The item is already in store and will be ready for collection once you receive your pick-up ready email.
Pick up in X days: The item will be shipped from our warehouse. You’ll first receive an email with tracking details, followed by a second email confirming it’s ready for pick-up in store.
To collect your order you will need to bring your order confirmation email and photo ID. If no ID, the card used for purchase may be accepted.
If someone else is collecting on your behalf they need:
- Order confirmation email
- Purchaser’s photo ID or card used for purchase
