Orders placed from Monday to Friday by 07:00 THA Thailand time will be processed and shipped the following business days. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed and shipped two business days later.

No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.

Items remain the property of Swarovski until receipt of final payment.

When ordered by the last delivery dates communicated, items will usually be delivered on time. Deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen irregularities on the part of our delivery partners. Swarovski can assume no liability in such cases.

We do not ship orders on public holidays therefore deliveries may take longer than expected during these periods.

Orders placed from Monday to Friday by 14:30 CET will be processed and shipped the same business day.

Controleer de e-mail met verzendingsinformatie om uw pakket te volgen.
Als de tracking aangeeft dat uw pakket is afgeleverd, controleer dan of iemand anders op uw adres het heeft geaccepteerd. Misschien is uw pakket bij de buren afgegeven.
Controleer of er een bericht over een afleveringspoging in uw brievenbus ligt.
Als u uw pakket niet kunt vinden, neem dan contact op met de klantenservice. Houd uw bestelnummer en trackingnummer bij de hand.
