Sparkling with 651 facets of expertly-cut crystal, it features a special fading effect to emulate the graceful fur pattern of the animal. The design has been titled Mudiwa, which means ‘beloved one’ in the Africa language of Shona. The base of the piece is engraved with this name, the Swarovski logo, the designer Martin Zendron’s initials, and 2018, the year of issue. Once we receive your return package, we will process your return within 14 working days. You will receive an email notification once return is processed. The refund transmission will depend on the guidelines of your financial institution and it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be issued to the same payment method used to place the order.
Returns via Swarovski store: Returns will be processed to the original payment method and may take up to 10 working days to show on the account.
Swarovski crystal is a delicate material that must be handled with special care. To ensure that your Swarovski product remains in the best possible condition over an extended period of time, please observe the advice below to avoid damage:
Jewellery & Watches:
Store your jewellery in the original packaging or a soft pouch to avoid scratches.
Avoid contact with water.
Remove jewellery before washing hands, swimming, and/or applying products (e.g. perfume, hairspray, soap, or lotion), as this could harm the metal and reduce the life of the plating, as well as cause discoloration and loss of crystal brilliance.
Avoid hard contact (i.e. knocking against objects) that can scratch or chip the crystal.
Figurines & Decorative Objects:
Polish your product carefully with a soft, lint free cloth or clean it by hand with lukewarm water. Do not soak your crystal products in water. Dry with a soft, lint free cloth to maximise brilliance. Avoid contact with harsh, abrasive materials and glass/window cleaners.
When handling your crystal, it is advisable to wear cotton gloves to avoid leaving fingerprints.
