When ordered by the last delivery dates communicated, items will usually be delivered on time. Deliveries may be delayed through force majeure, inherent system faults/failures or unforeseen irregularities on the part of our delivery partners. Swarovski can assume no liability in such cases. As a precaution, Swarovski therefore recommends that you place orders to be delivered to remote locations as early as possible. Please allow an additional 2-3 working days for delivery of customised items (e.g. engravings).

Your delivery will be tracked very closely and you will be provided with detailed delivery information. Swarovski will also insure the total value of this purchase at no charge to you in order to cover any unforeseen delivery incidents. The delivery partner will be instructed to release this parcel only to the person named on the order. The first three attempts at delivery will be free of charge.

to Europe, Canada, Australia, Japan and Korea: 
Orders placed from Monday to Friday by 17:00 CET will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed and shipped two business days later. Orders that include customised items (if applicable) may take longer. No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays. An express delivery option is available in selected countries for last-minute purchases that do not include customised products. Please find below an overview of the shipping options and times per country. Unfortunately, Swarovski is unable to deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Swarovski's delivery partner, UPS, handles all shipments to Canada. Our delivery partners GLS (Standard Service) and TNT (Express Service) handle all shipments in Europe. Swiss Post delivers parcels within Switzerland (including Liechtenstein) and FedEx delivers all parcels to Australia, Japan and Korea. Swarovski is currently unable to deliver to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

PAYMENT
All prices displayed on www.swarovski.com include the appropriate taxes for countries/states/provinces where such taxes are applicable.
 
PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD

Swarovski accepts Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard and American Express as methods of payment. Please select the appropriate credit card during the payment process and fill in the required credit card details. Your credit card will only be debited once your order has been confirmed. 

The purchase of Swarovski products takes place at Swarovski Crystal Online AG, headquartered in Switzerland. Please be aware that credit card companies may charge additional costs, usually based on the purchase value (approximately one to two percent), for credit card purchases made abroad. 

For the United States of America: 
The purchase of Swarovski products online takes place through Swarovski Digital Business US Inc., headquartered in Rhode Island. Please note that credit card companies may charge additional fees, based on the purchase value (approximately one to two percent), for credit card purchases made abroad.

SECURITY CODE

As of October 1, 2001, for the security of online credit card transactions, it is mandatory to enter a card security code (CVC2/CVV2) at the point of purchase. This number is neither stored on the card's magnetic strip nor printed on any payment receipts. With this code, Swarovski can confirm that the credit card is physically present with the paying customer, thereby ensuring that it is not being misused for fraudulent purposes.

For VISA, Eurocard and Mastercard holders, the security code is a three-digit number inscribed on the upper right corner of the signature panel on the back of the card, next to the repeated credit card number. On American Express cards, the security code is a four-digit code situated in the top right corner of the front of the card.

3D-SECURE
The 3D-Secure protocol is an additional security layer that further prevents credit card fraud for online payments. During the checkout process, customers with a 3D-Secure credit card are asked for an authorisation password that is assigned by their issuing credit card company. With this additional authentication check, security is increased for the credit card holder and the Online Shop.
 
PAYMENT BY WIRECARD
For customers without a credit card, Swarovski also accepts payments by Wirecard. This is a prepaid card that can be used like a credit card that provides the holder with the security of a spending limit. Wirecard also reduces the risk of fraud or card abuse. The balance can be checked online and is updated daily.
 
PAYPAL
PayPal stores and safeguards your card and bank details, enabling you to pay online without entering your sensitive financial information every time you shop. You speed through checkout in just a few clicks, as PayPal takes the payment from your card or PayPal balance directly. Your payment details will not be shared with Swarovski. For US customers, PayPal transactions are effected via Swarovski Crystal Online AG, Switzerland.
 
PREPAYMENT

For special orders (e.g. high order value, Limited Editions) Swarovski offers the possibility to pay via prepayment. Your order will be processed upon receipt of your payment into our bank account. The amount is due for payment immediately. 

Please transfer the amount to the account listed in the checkout process using your order number as payment reference. Please note that your bank may charge additional costs for international bank transfers. Prepayment is not offered in Australia, Japan, Korea, China, USA, Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic. 

In case the payment amount is not transferred to our bank account within 7 banking days after receiving the order confirmation, Swarovski has the right to cancel your order. 

An invoice will also be sent with your parcel. Prepayment is not available for Electronic Gift Cards.

TAX REFUND

All the orders placed through the Swarovski Online Shop are exempt from VAT refunds.

The VAT is calculated according to tax regulations of the country of the Online Shop in which the order was submitted. 

Returns
RETURN PROCESS

Swarovski's top priority is to satisfy all its customers. You may return ordered items and thereby withdraw from the sales contract up to 28 days after their receipt (with the exception of Gift Cards and customised products). To return your order please proceed as follows:
1 Remove the peel-off label attached to the Return Form

2 Put the items you wish to return inside the parcel, together with the filled-in Return Form

3 Stick the return label onto the parcel. If you have lost it, please return parcel to the following address:

4 Take the parcel to the nearest post office and ship it.
The label is prepaid, therefore the return is free of charge. Make sure you get a copy of the postal receipt, for further reference.

5 After receiving the returned item(s) and Return Form, we will refund the corresponding amount on the same payment method used to place the order.

If you received the item(s) as a gift, the sender will be refunded automatically.

RETURN POLICY

Please note that delivered items may only be used for checking, as you would try them on in a shop. If you make use of your right to cancel the purchase agreement, Swarovski will refund the paid amount for the items, provided that the items are returned in an unworn, unused, and undamaged condition together with the Return Form and the original Swarovski packaging.  

Unfortunately, it is not possible to replace or exchange returned products. For this purpose, please make a new online order. 

Dimensions of the parcel:

- has a combined length + width + height of 90 cm or more
- weighs more than two kilograms
- exceeds 60 cm in length, width, or height
please stamp it (you will be reimbursed for the costs) and send it by standard, uninsured mail.

Special Conditions for UK customers

Online returns will be accepted in all Swarovski Click & Collect Boutiques. Please use the Boutique Finder to find your nearest Swarovski Click & Collect Boutique. Once your online return has been processed within a Swarovski Click & Collect Boutique you will receive a return confirmation email and the refund will then be processed accordingly to the original payment method used when placing the order.

SWAROVSKI'S SHIPPING PARTNERS
Swarovski's delivery partner, UPS, handles all shipments to Canada. Our delivery partners GLS (Standard Service) and TNT (Express Service) handle all shipments in Europe. Swiss Post delivers parcels within Switzerland (including Liechtenstein) and FedEx delivers all parcels to Australia, Japan and Korea. Swarovski is currently unable to deliver to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

All prices displayed on www.swarovski.com include the appropriate taxes for countries/states/provinces where such taxes are applicable.
 
PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD

Swarovski accepts Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard and American Express as methods of payment. Please select the appropriate credit card during the payment process and fill in the required credit card details. Your credit card will only be debited once your order has been confirmed. 

The purchase of Swarovski products takes place at Swarovski Crystal Online AG, headquartered in Switzerland. Please be aware that credit card companies may charge additional costs, usually based on the purchase value (approximately one to two percent), for credit card purchases made abroad. 

For the United States of America: 
The purchase of Swarovski products online takes place through Swarovski Digital Business US Inc., headquartered in Rhode Island. Please note that credit card companies may charge additional fees, based on the purchase value (approximately one to two percent), for credit card purchases made abroad.

SECURITY CODE

As of October 1, 2001, for the security of online credit card transactions, it is mandatory to enter a card security code (CVC2/CVV2) at the point of purchase. This number is neither stored on the card's magnetic strip nor printed on any payment receipts. With this code, Swarovski can confirm that the credit card is physically present with the paying customer, thereby ensuring that it is not being misused for fraudulent purposes.

For VISA, Eurocard and Mastercard holders, the security code is a three-digit number inscribed on the upper right corner of the signature panel on the back of the card, next to the repeated credit card number. On American Express cards, the security code is a four-digit code situated in the top right corner of the front of the card.

3D-SECURE
The 3D-Secure protocol is an additional security layer that further prevents credit card fraud for online payments. During the checkout process, customers with a 3D-Secure credit card are asked for an authorisation password that is assigned by their issuing credit card company. With this additional authentication check, security is increased for the credit card holder and the Online Shop.
 
PAYMENT BY WIRECARD
For customers without a credit card, Swarovski also accepts payments by Wirecard. This is a prepaid card that can be used like a credit card that provides the holder with the security of a spending limit. Wirecard also reduces the risk of fraud or card abuse. The balance can be checked online and is updated daily.
 
PAYPAL
PayPal stores and safeguards your card and bank details, enabling you to pay online without entering your sensitive financial information every time you shop. You speed through checkout in just a few clicks, as PayPal takes the payment from your card or PayPal balance directly. Your payment details will not be shared with Swarovski. For US customers, PayPal transactions are effected via Swarovski Crystal Online AG, Switzerland.
 
PREPAYMENT

For special orders (e.g. high order value, Limited Editions) Swarovski offers the possibility to pay via prepayment. Your order will be processed upon receipt of your payment into our bank account. The amount is due for payment immediately. 

Please transfer the amount to the account listed in the checkout process using your order number as payment reference. Please note that your bank may charge additional costs for international bank transfers. Prepayment is not offered in Australia, Japan, Korea, China, USA, Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic. 

In case the payment amount is not transferred to our bank account within 7 banking days after receiving the order confirmation, Swarovski has the right to cancel your order. 

An invoice will also be sent with your parcel. Prepayment is not available for Electronic Gift Cards.

TAX REFUND

All the orders placed through the Swarovski Online Shop are exempt from VAT refunds.

The VAT is calculated according to tax regulations of the country of the Online Shop in which the order was submitted. 

Returns
RETURN PROCESS

Swarovski's top priority is to satisfy all its customers. You may return ordered items and thereby withdraw from the sales contract up to 28 days after their receipt (with the exception of Gift Cards and customised products). To return your order please proceed as follows:
1 Remove the peel-off label attached to the Return Form

2 Put the items you wish to return inside the parcel, together with the filled-in Return Form

3 Stick the return label onto the parcel. If you have lost it, please return parcel to the following address:

4 Take the parcel to the nearest post office and ship it.
The label is prepaid, therefore the return is free of charge. Make sure you get a copy of the postal receipt, for further reference.

5 After receiving the returned item(s) and Return Form, we will refund the corresponding amount on the same payment method used to place the order.

If you received the item(s) as a gift, the sender will be refunded automatically.

RETURN POLICY

Please note that delivered items may only be used for checking, as you would try them on in a shop. If you make use of your right to cancel the purchase agreement, Swarovski will refund the paid amount for the items, provided that the items are returned in an unworn, unused, and undamaged condition together with the Return Form and the original Swarovski packaging.  

Unfortunately, it is not possible to replace or exchange returned products. For this purpose, please make a new online order. 

Dimensions of the parcel:

If the returned parcel
- has a combined length + width + height of 90 cm or more
- weighs more than two kilograms
- exceeds 60 cm in length, width, or height
please stamp it (you will be reimbursed for the costs) and send it by standard, uninsured mail.

Special Conditions for UK customers

Online returns will be accepted in all Swarovski Click & Collect Boutiques. Please use the Boutique Finder to find your nearest Swarovski Click & Collect Boutique. Once your online return has been processed within a Swarovski Click & Collect Boutique you will receive a return confirmation email and the refund will then be processed accordingly to the original payment method used when placing the order.
