從星期一到星期五早上 10:00 所下的訂單會在該工作天處理與出貨。
標準快遞時間：在處理和出貨後 2-4 個工作天

台北、台中、台南、桃園和高雄：2-4 個工作天
台灣其他地區：3-4 個工作天
標準快遞成本：100 台幣
免費標準運送：2,000 台幣

從週末和國定假日所下的訂單會在下二個工作天處理與出貨。

Swarovski 無法將商品運送到郵政信箱或陸軍/海軍地址。在收到最後款項前，商品仍屬 Swarovski 財產。
在最後通知的快遞日期前完成訂購，則運送的物品通常能按時送出。快遞可能會因為我們的合作夥伴發生不可預見的違規行為而延遲。在這類情況下，Swarovski 不承擔任何責任。
我們不會在國定假日時將訂單出貨或預約送貨，因此在假日期間的運送時間可能會比預期時間長。
Crystal Myriad、Licensed-in 和 Creators Lab 產品在購買時即附贈貼心優質運送服務，請注意，最多可能需要兩週的時間才會將包裹送出，且出貨時會透過電子郵件通知您。

Order today and receive your parcel on a date and at an address of your choice. Please check available dates in the calendar displayed when choosing scheduled delivery in the checkout process. The delivery might take place one business day before/after the selected date.

It is not always possible to change the delivery address or delivery date once the parcel is in transit. You might have the possibility to organize the delivery of your parcel in the most suitable way for you, by utilizing our delivery partners’ web portal.

Delivery to another country/region is not possible. Please place the order in the online shop of the country/region where the parcel is being delivered to.
You can change country/region and language by clicking on the country/region name in the country/region selector menu.

Please check the shipping confirmation email to track your parcel
If the tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered, please check if someone else at your address has accepted it, alternatively your parcel may have been left with a neighbor.
Otherwise, please look for a notification of attempted delivery, you may find it in your letter box.
In case you cannot locate your parcel, please contact Customer Care, please have your order number and tracking number to hand.
