DO YOU offer a gift wrapping service?

Send a present directly to someone special! Swarovski will wrap your order in a pretty gift bag with a ribbon. You can also add one greeting card with your personal message.

If you have the items sent to your address, you will receive one gift bag for each item ordered enclosed in your parcel. This allows you to wrap the gift yourself.

If you choose delivery to another address, the items will be delivered in a single gift bag. The parcel will contain a delivery note which also serves as a warranty but no invoice.

Please note that, in any case, only one greeting card can be added per order. After making an order, it is no longer possible to add a gift bag or greeting card. These options must be selected during the checkout process.

All details entrusted to Swarovski are solely used to ensure that the company continues to uphold personalized service to make your shopping experience the most convenient possible.
Swarovski Crystal Online uses cookies in order to tailor its products and services to customer wishes. Cookies are very short text blocks that are transferred from the Online Shop to your computer. This enables the Online Shop to recognize your browser and to offer you more personalized service. Cookies can be deactivated at any time in your browser without negatively influencing your purchasing options in the Online Shop.

Are my personal data safe?

All sensitive data transferred to and from Swarovski Crystal Online is encrypted using the most modern technology (SSL 128-bit).
For security reasons, Swarovski Crystal Online does not save credit card information. The data is immediately passed to the company's partner systems for payment processing. GlobalCollect, a company specializing in data processing, uses your data solely for the purpose of processing payments.

How do I redeem a Gift Card or a promotional code?

Simply place the desired products in the Shopping Bag and enter your Gift Card code then click on 'Apply code'. The amount on your Gift Card will automatically be deducted from the total of your order in the Shopping Bag. The remaining amount will stay on your card for further use. If your order exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance must be paid by credit card. Only one Gift Card per order can be used.

Your Gift Card can be redeemed online. It is also accepted in selected boutiques in some countries. Use the Boutique Finder to find out whether you can redeem your Gift Card in any boutiques in your country.

The voucher code is only valid for online purchases and cannot be combined with other offers.  Please note that orders made in the past, reduced products, Gift Cards, Annual and Limited Editions, SCS products, The Swarovski Remix Collection and special sculptures such as the Crystal Myriad collection are excluded. Furthermore, the voucher offers no cash alternative.  To redeem your voucher, simply enter your Voucher Code into the ‘Enter code’ field of the Shopping Bag and click on ‘Apply code’.

What are your sale regulations?

The Online SALE takes place in selected Online Shop countries. Please note that the SALE dates and products vary in different countries.

The SALE also takes place in selected Swarovski boutiques. However, please note that the product selections and discounts offered in the boutiques are not necessarily the same as in the Online Shop. The Swarovski Online Shop does not offer VAT refunds. Please note that Swarovski does not offer any price adjustments for an item(s) purchased at regular price before a SALE. Similarly, products purchased in the SALE are not eligible for further price reductions.

Do you offer free gift promotions?

Swarovski sometimes offers free gift promotions. Free gifts are offered for a limited time or as long as stocks last. Minimum order values and other conditions apply. This information is communicated on the website during such promotions. If the free gift is available at the time you place your order, it will appear in your Shopping Bag.

How do I make sure the products are genuine Swarovski items?

This website is the official Swarovski Online Shop, operated by Swarovski Crystal Online AG, an affiliate of the Swarovski Group. We fully guarantee the authenticity of all products purchased here. Please note that several other online shops may also sell Swarovski products. Since we do not operate such sites and have no control over them, we cannot guarantee the authenticity of products sold via these sites. Please use caution and common sense when purchasing in such other online shops, and make sure they are affiliated with us (for example, by checking if they appear in our Boutique Finder and/or have a good reputation in the market.

How do I set up a Be Swarovski online account?

If you already have a user account on our website, you need to log into your Swarovski online account in order to register your Be Swarovski membership number. Please go to your profile and below your email you will find the option: Be Swarovski membership details. Here you have to insert your membership number and click on “Save”. You will get a notification that your details have been registered to your account.

If you don’t have a user account on our website yet, you need to create one with your Be Swarovski membership number. Go to the Be Swarovski landing page: www.swarovski.com/beswarovski and tick the box “First time online” under “I am a member”. Enter your membership number and your postal code and / or last name and click on “Create online account”. Please check or complete your data, define your online password, and submit. You will receive an email confirmation that you have been successfully registered.

How can I redeem my Be Swarovski rewards online?

Please make sure that your Be Swarovski membership number is registered in your online account in order to redeem your Be Swarovski rewards.

You will then be able to add the Be Swarovski rewards in the Shopping Bag. Either click on the link in your reward email and your code will be added automatically to the Shopping Bag, or copy and paste the online code from your reward email into the Shopping Bag.

Please be aware that the loyalty gift is only redeemable in store and not on the website.
