Swarovski offers a full statutory warranty for pieces purchased from authorised Swarovski retailers. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects due to normal wear and use.
Each defective product under warranty will be examined and evaluated by Swarovski's technical experts. Depending on the circumstances, the product may be repaired, replaced with the same product or substituted with a product of comparable value.
Unfortunately, in the case of a product substitution, Swarovski is unable to guarantee that the exact same product or design will be provided.
Swarovski will not repair, replace or substitute any goods that have been, in the company's opinion, subject to an accident, normal wear and tear, abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence or misuse.
If a piece is not covered by the terms of the Swarovski warranty policy, the company may offer a repair service subject to a fee. Please note that a defective piece can only be repaired if:
If you would like to replace or repair an item, please bring the product in its original packaging to an authorised Swarovski retailer. If products are sent by post, they should be insured and shipped by registered post, as Swarovski cannot be held liable for damage, loss or theft incurred during transport. Please note that this repair service is also available for Swarovski products that are purchased abroad.
Swarovski offers a limited warranty for all our Swarovski branded products purchased from authorised Swarovski retailers, including online at www.swarovski.com. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects for Swarovski in the US and the Swarovski Online Shop in the US for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase for Jewellery and Accessories and two (2) years for all other products. For Jewellery and Accessory items purchased prior to September 30, 2015 the previous 2 year warranty will be honoured with original receipt. Swarovski will not repair or replace any goods that have been, in the company's opinion, subject to an accident, normal wear and tear, abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence or misuse. If a piece is not covered by the terms of the Swarovski warranty policy, the company offers a repair service subject to a fee. Please note that if you are a U.S. resident with a U.S. postal address, this repair service is also available to you for Swarovski branded products that are purchased abroad.
A damaged piece can only be repaired if all of the conditions mentioned above are met.
You may initiate repair services by:
(1) Contacting Swarovski’s customer relations department on 1-800-426-3088 or via email on firstname.lastname@example.org. After contacting customer relations you will receive a Return Authorisation Form together with instructions to return your product in its original packaging, within 60 days, along with a copy of your receipt, to Swarovski’s repair department. You will be responsible for shipping the product and any expenses related to shipping. We recommend shipping the product by certified or registered mail and insuring the product for its retail value. Swarovski is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of the product during transit.
(2) Visiting an authorised Swarovski retailer. Bring your damaged product in its original packaging, along with a copy of the receipt, to your nearest authorised Swarovski retailer. The retailer will complete the Repair Authorisation Form and ship the product to Swarovski’s repair department. You may be responsible for any shipping costs associated with shipping from the retail location.
If you are not completely satisfied with a Swarovski purchase or gift for any reason, simply return it in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Active Crystals® returns will only be accepted if the product is defective. Watch returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the watch has not been worn or altered. You will receive a refund in the same tender paid; refund cheques will be issued from our Corporate Headquarters only for return items totalling over $100 purchased by cheque or cash.

Gift Cards & Merchandise Credit Cards may not be returned for cash. Gift Cards & Merchandise Credit Cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Please refer to specific details on the back of the card.
