Swarovski's top priority is to satisfy all its customers. You may return ordered items and thereby withdraw from the sales contract up to two weeks after their receipt (with the exception of Gift Cards and customized products). To return your order please proceed as follows:

The label is prepaid, therefore the return is free of charge. Make sure you get a copy of the postal receipt, for further reference.
If you received the item(s) as a gift, the sender will be refunded automatically. If you paid by invoice (only valid in Germany, Austria and Switzerland), please provide us with your bank details.
Please note that delivered items may only be used for checking, as you would try them on in a shop. If you make use of your right to cancel the purchase agreement, Swarovski will refund the paid amount for the items, provided that the items are returned in an unworn, unused, and undamaged condition together with the Return Form and the original Swarovski packaging.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to replace or exchange returned products. For this purpose, please make a new online order.
Please note that no products purchased from the Online Shop may be returned at local Swarovski retailers.
Dimensions of the parcel:
If the returned parcel
- has a combined length + width + height of 90 cm or more
- weighs more than two kilograms
- exceeds 60 cm in length, width, or height
please stamp it (you will be reimbursed for the costs) and send it by standard, uninsured mail.
Special Conditions for customers in Germany
Online returns will be accepted in all Swarovski Click & Collect stores. Please use the Store Finder to find your nearest Swarovski Click & Collect store. Once your online return has been processed within a Swarovski Click & Collect store you will receive a return confirmation email and the refund will then be processed according to the original payment method used when placing the order.
