Return Process

Swarovski's top priority is to satisfy all its customers. You may return items ordered online and thereby withdraw from the sales contract up to 30 days after their receipt (with the exception of Gift Cards). To return your order, please proceed as follows:


Remove the peel-off label attached to the Return Form


Put the items you wish to return inside the parcel, together with the filled-in Return Form


Stick the return label onto the parcel

If you have lost it, please return the parcel to the following address:

Take the parcel to the nearest post office and ship it by standard mail

Make sure you get a copy of the postal receipt for future reference.


After receiving the returned item(s) and Return Form, we will refund the corresponding amount on the same payment method used to place the order

If you received the item(s) as a gift, the sender will be refunded automatically.

Return Policy

    • Please note that delivered items may only be used for checking, as you would try them on in a shop. If you make use of your right to cancel the purchase agreement, Swarovski will refund the paid amount for the items, provided that the items are returned in the country of delivery in an unworn, unused and undamaged condition together with the Return Form and the original Swarovski packaging.

    • Unfortunately, it is not possible to replace or exchange returned products. For this purpose, please make a new online order.

    Please note that no products purchased from the Online Shop may be returned at local Swarovski retail stores.

    • Subject to the terms of this return policy, the Online Shop only accepts returns of products purchased from the Online Shop.  For the avoidance of doubt, the Online Shop does not accept returns of products purchased from local Swarovski retail stores or products purchased from Swarovski retail stores located outside of Australia. 

    Also, kindly note that Swarovski does not have an international exchange or refund policy for products. Accordingly, for example, a Swarovski retail store located in Australia would not be able to provide an exchange or a refund for a product purchased at a Swarovski retail store in Singapore.
