Swarovski Collective collaborators embellished brilliant crystals into intriguing shapes, creating original and unique designs which flowed with abstractly printed fabrics for the Spring/Summer 17 season. Hand-selecting designers with the most extraordinary visions each season, Swarovski provides crystal and financial support to extend creative possibilities.
Innovative looks included psychedelic 70’s patterns, sparkling striped dresses, and shimmering arrow patchwork. Creatures of the Wind crafted gowns in wavy motifs alongside crystal star embroidered pieces. Bold diamond patterns topped with crystal netting and embellishment were central to Tome’s collection, and Sadie Williams featured flag patched sailor’s uniforms paired with glittering geometric construction. Emilia Wickstead took a joyous approach with playful Swarovski ornaments arranged on textured skirts and colorful polka dot dresses.
Make the runway ready look street style savvy with Swarovski pieces that play off the fun colors and elaborate shapes from the season. Steal the show with the Atelier Swarovski by Rosie Assoulin Jewel-y McHue-y Small Ring, a beaming crystal set in vivid blue matte varnish. To reflect the symbolic points of SS17, accessorize with the palladium-plated Gisele Necklace, accented with tropical palm tree crystals. More simple shapes can be mirrored with Atelier Swarovski’s Nile Pendant, a collar with hanging columns of rectangular and round crystals. For a more subtle take on the trend, opt for the Crystal Wishes Moon Earrings, understated rhodium-plated studs with delicate moon motifs embellished in crystal pavé.
