When you finally discover Australia it completely makes up for the long flight it takes to get there. Heartfelt first meetings that really live up to Australians’ reputation for generosity, kindness, and approachability. What an experience!

Romy Frydman was my fashion fairy godmother, giving me access to the wardrobes of the most sought-after designers. It was a real pleasure to be able to wear outfits with such strong stylistic signatures over Fashion Week, and to share wonderful girly moments with her between shows.

After meeting her in Paris, I met up again with Margaret Zhang in Sydney, a well-known and influential blogger who is connected to social networks 24/7. Margaret really blew me away with her maturity and understanding of the fashion industry (she’s only 21!), a refreshing approach that inspires both her followers and brands alike.

In the Australian blogosphere, Amber Renae is also a big name. She seems really at ease under the studio lights and has an incredible enthusiasm. Bursting with energy, ideas, and a real passion for life, Amber immediately becomes a friend that you can chat with naturally in front of the camera. Her eye for colors and personal jewelry combinations is exceptional. See for yourself in the video that she has kindly made for Swarovski.
