To close Fashion Week with the kind of cosmopolitan and multisensory moment I love, I invited six international magazine editors to dinner in this beautiful location with its ultra-contemporary design, where Head Chef Frédéric Vardon's modern approach brings all the traditional flavors of French cuisine to life with an array of seasonal products. I am completely fascinated by the history of the building, the former headquarters of the Red Cross, where the private elevator opens directly onto the intimate setting of the kitchens. Sat at the “chef's table”, we experience all the hubbub of orders being called out and the chefs working away at their stoves. On this occasion we were treated to an exquisite fillet of cod, with curry, grains, and chopped herbs that lend it a divine exoticism. The planteur punch with blazed bananas are wonderfully unique! They are given an Asian twist with their delicious lime and ginger-infused cream.
