I absolutely adore Japanese cuisine and I love beautifully seasoned raw fish. Sometimes I like to treat myself to the luxury of going to Kinugawa, which serves the best sushi in Paris, only a stone’s throw away from the Swarovski creative studios. I love the ritual of going up the stairs to the second floor of 9 rue du Mont Thabor to sit in their elegant studio, which always promises a divine culinary experience! It’s a delicious addiction that I love to savor without feeling even a little bit guilty. A little confession, a few years ago, before I joined Swarovski, I even named my media consultancy firm “Cultural Sushi”! In food, as with jewelry, I love surprising combinations, contrasts in colors and textures as well as different twists and turns! Sushi is like gastronomic works of art, little culinary jewels!
