My friend Brisa Roché, American by birth and an adopted Parisian, allowed me the pleasure of visiting her creative studio as she prepared her Christmas shopping list. Talented artist, author, and inspiration, Brisa really is a character. Her presence, bearing, and originality are remarkable. She has made a name for herself in the worlds of music, painting, design, and cinema under the direction of Michel Gondry, an inspired and unusual director whom I adore. Brisa doesn’t do anything by half measures and her choice of accessories attests to that! She loves strong, visually captivating pieces. In my book Multiface(t)s, Brisa reveals that “big jewelry allows her to feel successful, expressive, and feminine.” Having tried all the sculptural necklaces in the collection, she finally opted for the Vera cuff, which combines two signature Swarovski techniques: Crystal Rock and our famous Pointiage® setting. It is easy to wear for day or evening – great choice, Brisa!
