Right of return

It is our top priority to satisfy you. You have an unconditional right of return within 14 days of delivery.

Please use the peel-off address label attached to the delivery slip for your return parcel and send via the carrier of your choice. Keep a copy of your postal transaction for reference purposes.

Should you have lost the address label, please return the goods to the following address:

Refer to the reverse side of the delivery slip and choose which action you prefer (credit or replacement of same item). If you do not include the delivery slip with your return or if you do not indicate an action code, we will automatically credit your credit card.

Please note that all products purchased in the Online Shop may not be returned to local Swarovski Retailers.
