Free greeting card and gift bag

Send a present directly to someone special! Swarovski will wrap your order in a pretty gift bag with a ribbon. You can also add one greeting card with your personal message.

If you have the items sent to your address, you will receive one gift bag for each item ordered enclosed in your parcel. This allows you to wrap the gift yourself.

If you choose delivery to another address, the items will be delivered in a single gift bag. The parcel will contain a delivery note which also serves as a warranty but no invoice.

Please note that, in any case, only one greeting card can be added per order. After making an order, it is no longer possible to add a gift bag or greeting card. These options must be selected during the checkout process.

Redeeming a Gift Card

Simply place the desired products in the Shopping Bag. Click on the ‘Click here to enter your code’ link and enter your code and Pin. The amount on your Gift Card will automatically be deducted from the total of your order in the Shopping Bag. The remaining amount will stay on your card for further use. If your order exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance must be paid by credit card. Only one Gift Card per order can be used.

Your Gift Card can be redeemed online. It is also accepted in selected boutiques in some countries. Use the Boutique Finder to find out whether you can redeem your Gift Card in any boutiques in your country.

The Online SALE takes place in selected Online Shop countries. Please note that the SALE dates and products vary in different countries.
