Orders placed on weekends or on holidays will be processed and shipped on the following business day. Standard deliveries are shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air service. Premium deliveries are shipped via UPS Next Day service for USD 12.50. Unfortunately, Swarovski is unable to deliver to PO boxes and APO or FPO addresses.

All shipments to USA, Canada, and Europe are made by UPS. Swiss Post delivers packages within Switzerland (incl. Liechtenstein) and Schenker delivers all packages to Australia and Japan.
