Swarovski's top priority is to satisfy all its customers. Items purchased in the Online Shop may be refunded up to two weeks after their receipt, with the exception of gift cards and vouchers (subject to applicable law). Unfortunately, no returns will be accepted after this date.
Please write the reason for your return and enclose the return form in your return parcel. The value of the returned product will be refunded to your credit card once the package is received. Depending on the reason given for the return, shipping fees may be charged to you.
