Delivery options

Duration of delivery for Europe, Canada, Australia and Japan:

For Europe, Canada, Australia and Japan:

Orders placed from Monday through Friday by 4 pm (GMT) will be processed and shipped directly on the following business day (no deliveries on weekends or holidays). Within Europe, delivery takes approx. 3-7 working days except rural and isolated regions. To Canada: approx. 7-12 working days. To Australia: approx. 7-14 working days. To Japan: approx. 7-12 working days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays in Liechtenstein will be processed the next working day. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

For United States of America (USA)

Orders placed from Monday through Friday by 3 pm (US Eastern Time) will be processed the same day (no deliveries on weekends or holidays). Orders placed on weekends or on holidays will be processed and shipped on the following business day. Standard deliveries are shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air service. Premium deliveries are shipped via UPS Next Day service (Shipping charges: 12.50 USD). We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

Delivery costs and free Standard Shipping

Please refer to the country you would like your parcel to be sent to in order to get an estimate of the postage costs involved.

The goods remain our property until receipt of final payment.

Delivery partner

UPS handles all deliveries to USA, Canada, Europe. The Swiss Post delivers packages within Switzerland (incl. Liechtenstein). Schenker delivers all packages to Australia and Japan. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

Future delivery

Scheduled delivery orders are only available via Premium shipping. Order today and receive your package on the date of your choice. This option is not available for deliveries to Canada, Australia and / or Japan.
Please note: orders can only be delivered between Monday and Friday.
Products ordered will be delivered to an address of your choice by our respective delivery partners. We will make every effort to deliver on time.

Regions exempt from delivery

We regret to inform you, that for logistical reasons we are unable to deliver outside of the country the order was placed.
We cannot deliver to the following regions/countries:

• Canary Islands (Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria, Tenerife, Gomera, La Palma and El Hierro)
• Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, Sark and Herm)
• Isle of Man
• Corsica
• French Territories (Guadeloupe, Martinique and La Réunion)
• Balearic Islands (Ibiza, Formentera, Majorca and Minorca)
• Ceuta
• Cyprus
• San Marino
• Gibraltar
