Shipping options and information

1. Duration of shipments

a) to Europe, Canada, Australia, Japan, and Korea:

Orders placed over holidays or from Monday to Friday by 16:00 GMT will be processed and shipped the following business day. No deliveries are made on weekends or holidays. Shipments to Europe take approximately 3 to 7 working days, except to rural and isolated regions, in which case shipments can take longer; to Australia, approximately 7 to 14 business days; and to Canada, Japan, and Korea approximately 7 to 12 business days. Unfortunately, Swarovski is unable to deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

b) to the United States of America (USA)

Orders placed from Monday to Friday by 11:00 EST as well as those placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. (No deliveries are made on weekends or holidays.) Within the United States, shipments take approximately 4 to 7 business days. Unfortunately, Swarovski is unable to deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

2. Shipping costs and how to qualify for free standard shipping

Please refer to the destination country for an estimate on shipping costs.

Items remain the property of Swarovski until receipt of final payment.

3. Swarovski's shipping partners

Swarovski's delivery partner, UPS, handles all shipments to the USA, Canada, and Europe. Swiss Post delivers packages within Switzerland (including Liechtenstein) and Schenker delivers all packages to Australia, Japan, and Korea. Swarovski is currently unable to deliver to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

4. Scheduled delivery

Order today and receive your package on a date of your choice. Unfortunately, this option is not available for shipments to Canada, Australia, Japan and Korea.
Customers should note that orders can only be shipped between Monday and Friday.
Products ordered will be delivered to an address of your choice by Swarovski's shipping partners. The company makes every effort to deliver your order on time.

5. Regions exempt from delivery

Unfortunately, for logistical reasons, Swarovski is currently unable to deliver outside the country where an order is placed.
Swarovski is currently unable to deliver to the following regions/countries:

• Canary Islands (Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria, Tenerife, Gomera, La Palma, and El Hierro)
• Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, Sark, and Herm)
• Isle of Man
• Corsica
• French Territories (Guadeloupe, Martinique, and La Réunion)
• Balearic Islands (Ibiza, Formentera, Majorca, and Minorca)
• Ceuta
• Cyprus
• San Marino
• Gibraltar
• Andorra
