9:00: banana and gingerbread cake accompanied by an espresso served in a bamboo cup or exotic fruit juice.
12:00: skewers of lightly pickled vegetables, scallops seasoned with lemon, and chicken with pineapple and green peppers, rounded off with a refreshing coconut tart.
16:00: orange and sesame cream choux pastries, and crisp chocolate bites. Brazil nuts, cashews, and macadamias coated with exotic spices were also on hand to snack on throughout the day.
