As called for by this special sport-themed week, following on from our soccer focus, I thought I’d share my fitness style secrets with you.
Sometimes my job has a schedule worthy of the world’s biggest sports stars – last month, I visited seven airports, 3 Asian countries, and Australia, in just eleven days!
It means I really have to stay in shape and keep my fitness levels up. I’ve opted for a personal trainer, Justin, who really encourages me and helps me to push beyond my limits, always with a bit of fun thrown in. When I come back from a long-haul flight, I have a training session with him an hour after I get home. It immediately gives me great energy that helps get rid of that feeling of jet lag.The rest of the time, I have one or two early morning sessions throughout the week, either a run in the Parc Monceau, or an indoor workout and some stretches. I’m also very lucky as Justin is also trained in Thai massage!
For my fitness style, I always go for a graphic, minimalist look. A pair of Stella McCartney or Nike workout pants, a bright T-shirt, and a small, subtle bracelet. I go for a minimal look on my face, with just a small touch of lip gloss.
