Right of return

It is our top priority to satisfy you. You have an unconditional right of return within 14 days of delivery; beyond this, there is no further cancellation of order.

It is currently not possible to exchange/replace your return for a different article – you would have to place a new online order for it. You will be refunded automatically in the amount of purchase. If you are a gift recipient of this article, the original buyer will be refunded.

Please use the peel-off label attached to the delivery slip for your return parcel and send via normal and uninsured postal service. Keep a copy of your postal transaction for reference purposes.
