Swarovski provides a full warranty covering manufacturing and material defects for current branded products purchased from authorised Swarovski retailers.
This warranty only covers damage from normal use and/or wear. Damage caused by incidents such as accidents or inappropriate use or wear are not covered. Depending on the degree of damage to the warranted product as well as the feasibility and the availability of replacement parts, items will either be repaired, replaced or substituted by a piece of the same value. Please be aware that the SCS Annual Editions cannot be replaced.
This warranty service is provided free of charge. To take advantage of this warranty policy, bring the damaged product to an authorised Swarovski retailer, which will then send it to the regional Swarovski sales company. If products are sent by post, they should be insured and sent by registered post, as Swarovski cannot be held liable for damage, loss or theft incurred during transport. This service also covers Swarovski products that are purchased abroad. Please keep the delivery receipt as a warranty for products purchased from the Online Shop.
